Task Budget and Quote 

Under the Financials heading in your task you are able to produce a budget and quote. This is also possible with all levels of sub tasks. 

• Within your task or sub task select Create a budget

• Populate with your budget figures for this particular task > Update budget 

• When a task budget has been set, you are able to update this to project level by selecting Create a project budget version. This will take you to the Project financials page where you will be able to create a new project budget version to include your new task level budget

• Now your budget has been created, you can create your task quote.
  • Select Create a quote 

• You default profit margin with automatically pull through and populate the quote based off your budget and margin/mark up.
  • You are able to overwrite your default margin/mark up at task level, also update the automatically populated quote figures
  • Select Update quote when completed 

• When a task quote has been set, you are able to update this to project level by selecting Create a project quote version. This will take you to the Project financials page where you will be able to create a new project quote version to include your new task level quote
