Timesheets
Features and Functions of Timesheets
Most timesheets will be entered by workers using the timesheet app, which can be downloaded from the Google Play store and the Apple store.
They will appear in the Timesheets section under the Allocations heading as Pending unless approved by a Foreman or a User with permissions to approve timesheets.
If a time sheet is created manually on the web-browser version of Builda Price they will automatically be marked as Approved.
Timesheets
Initially, no timesheet is selected. Select one by clicking on it, you can then change the selected to the Pending status or Approved status.
If no timesheets have been created, see how to create a timesheet here. There is a filter button at the top of the timesheets list, allowing you to filter timesheets based on the date, job, task or worker.

- Hours and a notes section can be found on the right-hand side of each row.
- Tasks can be added by selecting Add Task under the relevant job, or, if the job is not there, selecting the job from the Add a job list at the bottom of the page.
- Notes on the task can also be added or edited.
- Once any changes have been made, click Save located at the bottom right-hand corner of the window.
- We recommend adding an Admin note for the change reason.
