Timesheet notes
The Notes section is used to compile all your workers' timesheet notes in one handy location.
Notes can be view in chronological order, be filtered and exported.
The notes added onto a subheading from a timesheet can be viewed in the in-depth job analysis, creating better transparency and reference of what has been completed on the job.
Viewing notes
- Under the Allocations heading, select Notes
By default the Notes menu will show you the last two weeks' worth of Notes. These are displayed in descending order starting with the most recent note.
Searching for a Note
- To filter which notes are shown, use the Filters button in the top left.
- Use the various filters to select the desired date range.
- You can also choose to narrow the selection to display all the timesheet notes from a specific job, subheading or all the notes from a single worker.
- Notes can also be filtered to show Daily or Timesheet notes.
Daily notes are used to explain what happening through the day as a whole.

Timesheet notes are used to explain what was done on the job and worksection

- Example: Marketts Job > Framing "Stood all frames, running low on cavity battens".

Notes Status
There is also the option to apply a Status to a note. This enables you to better organise your in-house communication, and also to filter your search for notes that have a certain status.
The default status for a note is "Unread".
Click this "Unread" status button to switch it to "Read".
Alternatively, for a note such as "We are running low on cavity battens" use the drop-down arrow on the status button to select "Action Required".
Once this issue has been addressed simply click the "Action Required" button to switch it to "Actioned"
Exporting the Notes Report
To export the notes report as an Excel spreadsheet click the Download Report button in the top right.
The report that will be downloaded will be based on the selections of the filters.
