Edit and remove Users and Workers

Editing workers

• Select 'People' under the 'People' heading in settings, then navigate to 'Workers' in the menu.

• Select the worker who's details you want to edit.

• After selecting a worker, their details can be edited.

• After updating details, click the 'Save worker' button to keep any changes.

Deleting workers

To delete a worker, follow the same steps required to edit the worker's details, but instead click the 'Delete worker' button at the bottom.

You will be prompted again whether or not you want to delete this worker, to make sure you don't accidentally delete the wrong worker. To delete the worker, click 'OK', but click 'Cancel' if you are not sure to check the worker's details beforehand.

Removing User Access

If you have set your worker up with user permissions and those permissions are no longer necessary, you may want to remove their permissions.

• Select 'People' under the 'People' heading in settings. The 'Users' menu should open automatically, but if it does not, navigate there

• Select the user you would like to edit.

• Untick any permissions you want to remove, then click 'Save permissions' to save your changes'
