This page is used to upload and download safety-related documents. It is divided into three sections:

Global documents

‘Read - only’ documents provided by Attention Safety

Company documents

Documents that are applicable to any of your sites (e.g. company safety policy)

Site documents

Documents applicable to this specific site (e.g. site plan)

You can upload any files that are in either pdf or image format (jpg, png, etc). Once uploaded, you can click on a file name to edit it’s properties:

This allows you to:

• Rename the document.
• Change who has permission to see it (anyone signing in, health and safety users, or only supervisors). By default a newly uploaded document is set to ‘People with health and safety access for this site’ - change to ‘Anyone who signs in to this site’ if you want to show the document during sign in.
• Select whether the document will be visible under ‘Documents’ in the mobile app.
• Delete the document.
