Hazards

This page displays a list of possible categories of hazard. Each category can be expanded to list specific hazards in that category, and typical controls that might be used to mitigate each hazard.

For each hazard that will be present on your site, select the controls that will be put in place (the hazard itself is automatically selected once one or more of its controls are ticked). This selection is primarily used to populate your hazard board, so it should include general site hazards (i.e. things people need to be aware of before entering your site). It need not include every possible hazard that might arise as a result of a specific task - these should be covered by a task analysis.
