Signin
The settings on this page determine what people will be shown when they sign in to your site:
- Use Visitor Signin / Use Driver Signin: These options allow you to show different documents to people depending what they are there to do, e.g. a worker may need to view all documents whereas a driver may only need to see a site plan. If either of these are checked then an additional page will be shown during the signin process asking the user to select what they are signing in as (i.e. Worker / Visitor / Driver)
- Days Between Inductions: Set to the number of days after which you want users to re-view site induction documents
- Documents List:
The remainder of the page shows a list of documents that are available to be shown during the signin process. Use the dropdowns to select how often each document is shown to each type of user:
- Every Signin: Every time someone signs in
- Every Day: At most once a day
- Site Induction: When the person signs in for the first time, and then after ‘Days Between Inductions’
- Never: don’t show the document at all
Items in the list can be dragged to change the order they are shown in.
Tapping the name of a document in the list will display a preview of the document as it will be shown when signing in:
From this popup you can also:
- Edit the title that will be displayed with the document
- Change the document to a different file
- Remove the document from the list
The five documents shown above are provided as defaults for any new site that you create, however you can add documents using either of the two green buttons:
- Add signin document: This allows you to select an existing document to be displayed during signin - either one of the standard documents provided, or a file that you’ve previously uploaded using the ‘Documents’ tab. To select a file that you’ve uploaded, you need to have set ‘Who can see this file’ to ‘Anyone who signs in to this site’ (see ‘Documents’)
- Upload Site Plan: This button provides a quick way to upload a document and configure it as a site plan to be shown during signin.
