Creating an Estimate 

To create an Estimate you firstly need to Create a Project. Once your Project is created follow the steps below to create an Estimate. 

• Select your Project from your Projects list
• On the left hand side select Estimates

• Select + Create new estimate 

• Populate the details for your Estimate
  • Name 
  • Merchant
  • Address
  • (Option: Open estimate after creation)
• Select Create estimate 

• Under the heading Actions on your Estimate, hover over the three dots
• This will display a drop down list

• To import your Own take-off, select Import template 
• To import your Merchants take-off, select Import materials

• Select Import materials 
• In the drop down box select, Upload new file 
  • Select your file 
  • Import materials 

• Your Estimate is now ready for you to continue to Price, adding Misc templates, Overhead templates, Subcontractor quotes, etc. 

Importing template - Own take-off 

• Select Import template 
• In the drop down box select what templates you want to import. You can select multiple 
• Select Import 

• Your Estimate is now ready for you to continue to Price, adding Misc templates, Overhead templates, Subcontractor quotes, etc.
