Client Visibility
Here is a breakdown of what your Client can see when you allocate their permissions.
Please note all permissions allocated are a View Only permission. Your client will not have the ability to make any changes to the Project, Tasks, Reports or Gantt Chart.
Permissions allocated to client
What your client can view with each Reporting permission:
- Can see budget reports
- Labour Hours - Budget
- Financials - Budget
- Can see quote reports
- Quote position - The current quote for that Project/Tasks
- Can see cost reports
- Labour Hours - Actual
- Financials - Actual
- Can see value reports
- Quote position - Actual value. The value of work completed so far for the Project/Tasks
- Can see progress reports
- Progress - Percentage of completion for Project/Tasks
Client View
Dashboard
- Your client will have a quick breakdown of the allocated Projects.
Projects - Tasks
- On the Project tab you client will have a list of the allocated Projects. When selecting a Project they will have access to the tasks you have allowed them to view e.g. General, Builders Work, Subcontractors.
- When selecting a Task they will be able to view the Task Settings and download any documents stored against that Task. They will not have the ability to make any changes to the settings of the Task.
Projects - Project
- Your Client will have access to View the Project Settings and download any documents stored against the Project. They will not have the ability to make any changes to the settings of the Project.
Reports
- Your Client will be able to view a breakdown of the Position Report for the allocated Projects. The Report data visible to your Client depends on the permissions allocated. They will have the ability to drill down into the Project and view reports for tasks they have permission to view.
Scheduling
By allowing your Client Scheduling permission, they will have access to view the Gantt Chart for the allocated Projects. They will not have the ability to make any changes to the Gantt Chart.
