Getting started on the Timesheet App
Once your team have downloaded the Timesheet App, My Builda Price, from either the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store and you have provided your workers their login credentials, they are ready to timesheet!
- To log into My Builda Price use your 6 digit worker code
- Click Sign In
- To Timesheet select the Add Project button to find the Project you would like to allocate time against
- This will display all the open Projects
- Select the applicable Project or using the magnifying icon search for the respective project.
- Press the blue button, Add task for *Project Name*
- Select the task you would like to timesheet against, again using the magnifying icon
- Enter time spend on this task by tapping the zeroes to the right of your task name
- Using the scroll function, select the applicable time spend on this task
- Click, Done
- Add notes expanding on what was completed during your day
- Click the note icon to the right of the time entered
- Enter notes
- Save Note
- Add a daily note for additional details about the working day.
