On your Dashboard your will see a snap shot of your Positions Report. This is a summary of all projects and overview of where the company's tasks currently stand.
The overview covers 8 categories:
- Forecast used: how much of the forecast has been completed.
- Current position: current expenditure relative to quoted budget of completed forecast.
- Forecast position: where the expenditure is expected to end at current rates/with projected expenditure.
- Recent timesheets: timesheets logged by the company and employees, up to a week ago.
- Recent bills: bills issued to the company, up to a week ago.
- Recent tasks: tasks added to the company's project management, up to a week ago.
- Recent projects: projects completed in the company's project management, up to a week ago.
- Recent purchase orders: purchase orders made by the company, up to a week ago.
