Uploading your Price Book to your Material Rate section

 

How to upload your merchants price book. 

Follow the steps below to upload your merchants price book into the Material Rate section of the Builda Price platform. 

If you have received a Price book from your merchant, below is a step by step guide on how to upload a price book from your merchant into Builda Price.

Please make sure the file is in .csv format to upload prices into Builda Price. 

• Select the person Icon in the top right hand corner and click Settings
• Select Material Rate under Estimate Settings
• From the drop-down box select your Merchant and click the upload price file button

• • A .csv file can then be uploaded (Choose your Price book from the merchant you selected in the dropdown box)
• Allocate the correct headings and columns

• Click upload prices

Prices will be loaded against any products in the merchant database, you will be able to see the products and your prices once loaded, loading a price book will not add new items that don't already exist in the Builda Price database for the selected merchant.

The way it will load more items is when items come through in take offs.
