How to refresh the timesheet app
If you have just created a new job in Job Tracking and have added at least 1 subheading or have added extra subheadings to an existing job, this will require the workers using the time-sheeting app to refresh and update.
To do this follow the video below, this is applicable to both Apple and Android devices.
1. Open the time-sheeting app (this will usually refresh the session and update)
2. If the above has not updated the jobs, the worker will need to swipe down on the Timesheets page
3. Select Add job and select the task completed / if the job has already been selected, once the page has been refreshed select add task, this will refresh and the new subheading will appear
