Import a Job from the Builda Price Pricing module 

Below you will find a video and step by step guide. 

Only once the job has a Submitted status against it in the Builda Price Pricing module you will be able to import it to the Job Tracking Module.

• Under the Configuration heading, select Jobs
• Click the + Create Job button

• Click the Import Job button in the top right, and select Import from Builda Price.

• A list of “Submitted” jobs from your Builda Price Pricing will appear. To import one of these jobs, click the Import button.

• Once you have click the import button you will be taken to the next screen which is the Import Mapper.
  • You need to select the subheading template to load onto your job.

 

• Once you’ve selected your template, click the Load Template button.
  • On the left side, you will see your selected templates Subheadings. On the right side, you will see your Builda Price Job’s line items.
• Drag the Builda Price Line Items into the template subheadings, where they fit.

• If you’re unable to find the Subheading you need in your template, you can add one by clicking the Add Item button.

• • Once you’ve entered the new Subheadings name, you can begin mapping to it.
• Once you’ve mapped all your Buildaprice Line Items, click the Import button.

 

• Your job has now been imported and ready for your team to allocate time using the time-sheeting app

• As your job progresses you can come back to the job editor and turn on and off subheadings, update any new budgets that need to be added or add extra subheadings.
