Adding Subheadings to a Job from a template

• To load Subheadings from a template, select a new job, or create one.
• Click the Load Subheadings from a template button.

• Select the template you want to load Subheadings from.
  • Or create + Add New Template

• Once the template has been selected, this will populate a table with the list of Subheadings.
  To select a Subheading for import, check the checkbox.

• Once the subheadings have been selected, click Load selected Subheadings.

• You will now see the selected subheadings ready to have time allocated to them. 
  • All of the subheadings will be set as active

• Select each subheading to add the applicable budget
• You can still add extra subheadings if they are needed
• You will also need to add the Xero code if they differ from the job code
